In the rare case a package gets lost or damaged in transit, we will reship replacements for the lost or damaged items at no additional cost. Please note, however, if the products are not available anymore, we will contact you to discuss substitute options. Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply in cases of issues with customs in the destination country.
Returns and Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to provide professional piercers complete customer satisfaction. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number. This Return Authorization Number is required for all returns and once the products are received by us, the costs of your purchase will be refunded.
