Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a well‑organized and detail‑oriented Sales Assistant to join our wholesale body jewelry team. In this role, you will work primarily on a computer in our Bangkok headquarters, supporting the day‑to‑day sales operations.
Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates looking to launch their career in an international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to basic customer email inquiries
- Assist sales staff with preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and shipment documents
- Keep senior staff informed of any issues or delays
- Provide support to senior staff when required
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, packing, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Organize and maintain sales materials, product samples, and related documentation
- Support the sales team during customer visits and assist with retail sales in the showroom
- Manage and update product receiving files accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements
- Thai national (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in English; a third language is an advantage
- Immediate availability is a plus
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with routine tasks
- Able to work primarily with a computer in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
